From the world of NFLX is the All-American Football League (AAFL). The new development league kicked off its’ inaugural season in 2011 with 12 teams: Arizona Hotshots, Austin Riders, Bay Area (San Jose) Invaders, Hartford Colonials, Las Vegas Posse, Los Angeles Express, Nashville Fire, New Jersey Knights, Ohio (Columbus) Glory, Orlando Thunder, Portland Breakers and the Raleigh-Durham Skyhawks. The league has expanded to 16 teams for the 2012 season as they welcome the Louisville Legends, Milwaukee Iron, Sacramento Surge and Virginia (Norfolk) Destroyers.
