P90X Day 34 – MMX & Running | Can Tony Horton’s Program Still Get You Ripped in 2025?

Day 34 of my P90X journey takes on MMX, a workout originally from P90X3, which blends mixed martial arts–inspired moves to push cardio, endurance, and coordination to the next level. Instead of sticking with Kenpo X, I swapped it out for MMX because it’s more intense, keeps the heart rate up, and actually feels like a challenge. To push myself even further, I added 30 minutes of running after the workout to maximize calorie burn and improve overall conditioning.
