  1. I really love your exercises! I can feel and see the changes. After a week but of course continue until and after I have reached my goal.

  2. I always wonder when people say to do a certain number of reps—does each side count as 1 rep? Like: left right left right left right left right left right left right = 12? Or is it more like left + right = 1, left + right = 2, left + right = 3, etc?
