  1. When Ian Clarke is involved, you know we're getting someone special. We'll see how this kid does when hes the starter for London next year. Ive watched some of his highlights and the kid has poise and great positioning. Doesnt look like hes flailing around. Thats for sure.

  2. All the optimism aside, you have to take the review of Vancouver's last five draft classes (2020 – 2024). A total of five players have played at least one game in the NHL, and have amassed a total of nine points. That is 9 points in five years. I think a trained monkey could pick better than that.

  3. if a goalie develops into a backup which is the best case scenario in the next 3 years you get nothing on a trade as opposed to a defensemen or forward. Yes Ian is the best but drafting a goalie doesn't build a team and already have 3 goalies (Arthur needs confidence and won the Calder for the team)

  4. Won't know for another 3 – 5 Years
Look at how many Goalies Detroit has taken over the years and none of them panned out
So they traded for Gibson yesterday

  5. At the current rate of growth he’ll be 6’8” by the time he’s a pro!😊
