A hot mic during Matt Robertson’s Day 1 live feed at the Bassmaster Elite Series event at the Pasquotank River, caught Ben Milliken implicating Robertson as being one of the anglers filing a (possibly recent) protest. Milliken is also heard making sexually derogatory comments about the protestee in question. He addition, he’s heard referring to people online as a derogatory term for the mentally handicapped. I lost respect for Milken early on, before his "professional" days. He had a video where he started catching freshwater drum. Instead of just releasing them, he made a point of treating them in a way that likely killed them. He was bashing them on thee side of his boat before throwing them way up in thee air to crash down with a splat on the water, or half on the water and half on the gunwale, then laughing about how you "need to treat trash fish". Native fish are not "trash fish" and just-st because it's not the species you were after, doesn't mean it deserves to be literally tortured and killed. I reported the video to the Nebraska DNR, doubt anything came of it, but at least Ii did my part. .
