In the third installment of Watching Hockey with Brodie Brazil featuring guest The Hockey Guy, they wrap up the conversation by discussing the Sharks new additions from free agency.
As a Panthers fan who watched our team be awful for so many years, I’m really interested to see if the Sharks can finally turn it around and become a top team.
Logan Couture had to be replaced in the aggregate, and Ryan Reeves probably foots that bill. I still never understood the handling of MacKenzie Blackwood. "Well, he was gonna go anyway, so we had to get something for him." Why? Why did he have to, or want to leave? The Sharks had finally gotten pieces around him to make his life better. He'll get a Cup in Colorado soon, dollars to ding dongs. Anyway, I hope the goalie gamble pays off. I can name four or five teams that are in Sisyphean fatigue now because of their goalie problems…So, Brodie. Do post video and pictures from the hospital when you try to boardcheck Joe Thornton in the hall… 😃
