One one last thing hockey-wise cuz we talked a lot about the new stadium. Um, is there any sort of process when it comes to getting outdoor games? We saw another one announced yesterday. Is that something you have to I assume apply for? Is that conversations with the league? How is that? How does that go? Another great great question. That’s something we really want to do. Um, you know, 28 is the 20- year anniversary of the Winter Classic. Love to tie something in there. I think the winter classic might be a little tougher. The way the NFL schedule is now and when you would put a game in there and how you would then prepare for the next one makes it challenging, but the stadium series would we could absolutely execute. We have had conversations with the league, talked to Gary Bman about it. They would love to bring that game back to Buffalo. They would love to do something potentially around the 20th anniversary of the old Winter Classic and they would love to do something in the new building. So, I’m I feel very good about that process and the opportunity to bring a game like that to Buffalo. Is the new building would it be easier to execute or would it be I mean it’s grass which might present some challenge in terms of like throwing something on top of it. It’s after football season but you know Yeah. Plenty of time to get things back in shape. I think it’s going to be easier. You know just that building you were talking about it. You know that building and you remember the old Winter Classic and I was kind of in the middle field and everything was so far away. This building that we have now, New Highark Stadium, is, you know, that’s a technology masterpiece. And executing events like this and bringing them in and out are going to be a lot easier than they were in the
