Hi Karoline, just curious, are you a fulltime runner or work a day job, and how does that affect your olympic goals?
Since you mentioned dual citizenship, which country are you going to compete for? 🙂

I've recently saw a youtube video which popped in my feed about marathon training using Hadd method which is HR based by a coach named John Walsh. Have you heard of this and is your method simular or how does it differ? I've been using a stryd pod which I'm liking but not fully convinced yet. My marathon is in November in NZ. I'm 62 this year and not fully convinced yet it suits me and think most plans aren't suitable for an older athlete who still has ambitions for a sub 3 marathon. 2023 I did a 3h5m marathon on a harder course than my April 2025 marthon easier course 3h15m slightly injured. I'm running out of time due to age but like to think it's still possible
