  1. Apparently everyone plays on a small pond as a beginner.
Not in Sweden where there are Ice Halls everywhere, even in Ånge, Kastberghallen 😉
But it's a lovely myth to tell it like that.
He was first the top scorer in Hockey Allsvenskan, and the following year he was the top scorer in Sweden's top league SHL before trying out for the NHL.
He scored more points than Jonathan Marchessault, Alex DeBrincat and Yevgeni Malkin in the WC – 2018-2019, the year before his NHL debut.
If you thought he came from nowhere before his rookie year in NHL, then you apparently weren't that interested in ice hockey.

  2. Petey was a great player for a short period of time. But something happened. He is not the same player right now. Same with Laine. They can both show moments of brilliance at times.. but somewhere along the way they were broken mentally. Schiefle and Wheeler were fn awful to Laine. Didn’t get much better in CBJ. I hope he finds himself and gets better. Same with Petey. That giant pos Miller had a large hand in his drop off. Probably the majority of the reason imo. Miller is not a good teammate off the ice. He whines and points fingers everywhere he goes. But listen, he plays so hard and expects his teammates to do the same. And there’s nothing wrong with a jab to get someone going.. but he takes it too far. But nothing seemed to change when they shipped him out… ?? Weird. Makes you wonder what else is happening in the locker room. But anyways.. this video hyped Petey up way more than necessary. Maybe the creator hasnt seen his last 100 games.
I don’t know what the canucks are right now.. but a lot rides on this guys play. And I think that’s trouble for Van.

  3. What a crock.
While I agree he has all the skill necessary to be one of the best players in the world, he seems to have checked out mentally. Completely.
Too full of himself, and no sign at all that he is dealing with these problems.
I hope I am wrong but I think I have seen the best of this guy a few years ago..

  4. He is a good hockey player. So far he has shown nothing more. A team of good players becomes a group of good golfers every April. Trying to portray him as a legendary great simply defies reality.

  5. I can admit that I was one of the fans calling for an EP40 trade over the past year. I also felt that trading Miller was a huge mistake, but now I'm glad that JR and PA kept Petey. I firmly believe that Kane is the exact type of winger that Pettersson needs to unlock his full potential. I know that many of you will ridicule me for saying this, but I believe that Pettersson and Kane are both going to have record years. That is my personal opinion and I'm sticking to it!

  6. Is this script AI? His name is pronounced eh-lee-uhs and you had inconsistent ways of saying it
