Gazzola (who is an actual credible source) he said Kane was part of locker room issues and since December of 2024 he said (plan is LTIR KANE, use Kane in the playoffs then trade him in the summer, (everything Gazzola said about Kane came true and so I doubt Kane comes back )

Why has the starting goalie conversation morphed into just needing any goalie we can find? Picks was a great backup and arguably as good as Skinner. We don’t need three number 2/3 goalies.
If they don't win a cup in the next few years, I can only think of retooling the roster by signing younger talent, that is trading Nurse to make space for Akey
