Leafs still need some pieces. A good back up goalie for one, another dman to offset Barrie a bit and play with Reilly,and for the love of all things green get some grit!!! Marchment if brought up (hopefully) will provide some, but it's not enough.

Does JM Miles have a media job? If not…WTF!!??? He' GREAT!! What a likable, well-spoken guy, that guy should be on NBC in a MAJOR role…….Actually, I like him better as a media personality than I did as a defenseman.

Liles was a tremendous skater and I wish we had him on third pairing thus past year. A younger version obviously but what a great character
What happened to his face?
I watched every Avs game this season and their numbers don't tell the whole story. Kerfoot and Barrie had a great stretch at the end of the regular season and are big reasons they made the playoffs. Barrie definitely. But in the Sharks series especially they showed the same inconsistency that was present all season. Besides Ian Cole they were the most frustrating players night in and night out all year. Granted Cole was good once the postseason started. Makar will have some growing pains but hopefully he won't let people bully him in front of Grubauer as much

If these guys were commentators instead of fanboys. They would have mentioned that Barrie may be a defensive liability. A few years ago he was a staggering minus 34.
Lol here after the first twenty games, Barrie is brutal and Kerfoot is now hurt.
