Know what's weird to me? Teams in the NHL recycle coaches all the time, but how often do they clean house on their scouts? It can be easily argued that coaching doesn't have a huge effect, but talent does. Start identifying and drafting better talent, and stop relying on bandaid fixes like coaches.
