  1. I guess he got bored of running goalies. Sadly he'll probably get nothing for it. Can't hurt the NHLs darling Rangers.

  2. Dirty player? You're all stupid. Stupid play by Kreider no denying that. But you can't call him a dirty player because he really just isn't. Can't believe there's still idiots out there thinking he ran price. What a joke.

  3. Good on the Minnesota announcers to have some brains and not call Kreider a dirty player for accidental incidents in the past.  Definitely a bad, bad hit, but I don't think Kreider expected Brodin to stop up like he did.

  4. Bad hit……….take Krieder out of the NHL.  Send him to the minors……….I'm all for good hits……..but this is nasty.

  5. Brodin put the brakes on before the goal line FFS. What was Kreider supposed to do? It was interference more than boarding. The game misconduct was an absolute joke. The NHL is going the way of the NFL. Lets just dress them all in tutus and ban checking.

  6. Brodin attempted to plant himself in front a player 30 lbs heavier than himself moving at full speed. Kreider could have been seriously injured on this play had he tried to avoid Brodin rather than play hockey on a hockey play.
For how hard Brodin was propelled forward, he did a good job of using his arms to absorb the impact with the boards…the fact that he laid there means he was trying to draw the call.
The only fair result of this play should have been 4 minutes in penalties dished to Brodin for interference and diving.
