Kroenke Jr. Allowing Avalanche front office to continue the extended Bender They have been on for awhile. Not figuring ways to retain players is showing up drunk on job and expecting pay plus adulation for running down team. Not one person has stated the terrible choices made to let Kadri,Boraskofski,Kuemper go to retain Nakushkin….bad deal IMHO. Notice the amateur show since then? Kroenke Jr. should end yachting time playing with Besos and run The Avalanche with more dignity ,class, and stop with the grinder routine for players.
You want that $5 so do something like $2.50 for one lemonade, $4 for 2 and $5 for 3
MacFarland is a dunce and has made one terrible deal after another.
I 100% agree with you on Burns. If they were going to do 3 million in bonuses they should have at least made him play 60 games. Maybe do 1 million after each of 20 games played. He's most likely going to play in 10 games so why is that bonus hit and activated so early? Doesn't make any sense.
The Avs don't really have any "bad" contracts. What they do have is a lot of expensive contracts, which limits flexibility. Such is the nature of being a "mature" contender.
