I'm having high hopes for the rebuilt sens team this year. If not this year definately the in the near future. With the likes of Lehner Karlson Zibanejad da costa butler cowen runblad stone and hopefully filatov in the picture as well as spezz leading . It's definately looking good for the sens.
The Sens may not have a cup, at least not the modern ones anyways, but they've made more Finals appearances than the Leafs have since expansion began. (not to mention more finals appearances and 5 Playoff appearances than the Leafs since the last time the Leafs made the playoffs, and have 13 playoff appearances compared to the Leafs' 10 over the Length of the Sens existence.)(And the City of Ottawa has 21 compared to the City of Toronto's 15 since 1893)
The Senators have cups, just not in the modern day franchise. Back in the 20s, the Sens were the dominent team. If you say cups that old don't count then the Canadiens don't have 24 cups so please don't go that way.
