Soon-to-be sophomore Jamie Oleksiak enters the 2011 NHL Draft in St. Paul, Minn. as the highest-rated collegiate skater in the field. According to the NHL’s Central Scouting Rankings, he is projected as the 13th-highest rated North American skater. The 6’7 blue liner looks to be Northeastern University’s second-ever first-round pick in the NHL Draft (Mike Morris – First Round (27th overall) – San Jose – 2002) on Friday evening at Xcel Energy Arena on Friday evening.
