On trade day I was at the drs waiting for her to come in. It was 3pm and I checked on Laughts fate just as she came in and checked my blood pressure. It was 206/165!!! I HATE THIS TRADE!!!!!
The team will fall apart just like they did last year when they lost Hart. He's the heart of the team and what he does off the ice has more impact than on the ice. He should be wearing the C. The last 2 games prior to the trade deadline you could see how it's affecting the team. Especially his last game. That right there should've shown Briere how important he is to us. It also kinda tells us that we're not seeing the playoffs anytime soon. I'm heartbroken. I've never been so sad to see a player go. Now he's a leaf and definitely not winning a cup with them. Unless he's the answer to their choking problem
Great guy. Remember playing corn hole with him years ago at a flyers carnival. Unfortunately Brian Elliot and my dad kicked the shit out of us that day
