If there is any way they can get McTavish, they should do it. That guy is the best chance at replacing Milsy and he is only 22 years old. Yes Kyle very sexy.

Would you trade , Lekkermaki, 2 1st round picks and a 4 th round pick for McTavish or McCain if they took 2 mil off our dead cap? For me , it’s a yes.
Lekermaki (or Chytil if the ducks would rather speed up their rebuild), machini, 2027 1st,and hog.
Trade D Petey. We have Hughes and Marcus Pettersson long term on the left side and can just sign a 3rd pair LD in free agency next year. Myers contract up in two years and then the roght side os Hronek, Willander and Mancini.
Trade D Petey, Chytil, Karlsson and 2026 1st for Mctavish. This only improves the lineup and if the team makes the playoffs (they should) then that draft pick wont have any effect for 3+ years

I'd rather stand pat and keep the cap space than sign Roslovic. A better option would come along
McTavish all the way. He great and he’s only 24 years old.
ANA is done with there rebuilding. They want experienced roster players and they have specific needs.
Either a Top 4 RHD or shutdown LHD. The ask would start with Hronek than M. Pettersson.
ANA has 3 young LHD that are all top 4 and 1 RHD top 4. Gudas and Trouba are 6&7 dman.

McTavish would be nice but we cannot be trading first round picks especially next year. We need to start the season with what we have and gauge things from there. There is a good chance Hughs will have to be moved in the next year if an extension is not possible. That trade will get the team what they want in the center position and then some. We have to keep our young D as they are cap friendly and have lots of potential. WE ARE NOT A CUP CONTENDER THIS YEAR SO STAY THE COARSE AND SEE WHAT DEVELOPS.
Robertson is a no go for the Canucks. To get him they have to trade a roster player making big $$ to stay within the cap. Dallas will be looking for young players at a cheap cap hit because they are at the cap limit.
Carter Hart was not a difference maker in Philly, plus the leaque has not decided whether these players get back into the NHL.
Trade Chytil, Hoghlander and Lekkerimaki for Mc tavish
Mancini, Oconner and Hoglander for McTavish
The Ducks want to make the playoffs. They will not be interested in a package of prospects and draft picks who won't help them for years. They would probably rather offer us McTavish, McQueen, prospects and draft picks for Quinn Hughes. Forget these EA hockey trades where you can trade the kitchen sink for a star player.
