Wilson is a hard nosed and tough player, he has tenacity and grit. A rare thing in the play doe soft modern NHL. Need more tough guys in the league, fighting majors are down over 60% from a decade or so ago and registered body checks/hits have also decreased drastically in the last decade too. The physical aspects of the sport are being phased out. Less than a dozen guys without visors left in the league. New rules to prevent line-brawls. Stopping goalie fights. Disrupting and breaking up ongoing scraps. The list goes on and on, player safety concerns and the Department Of Player Safety are ruining hockey.
