Charlie McAvoy could be a value pick in your fantasy drafts this season!

Charlie Makavoy is going to be one of those defenseman that is available later on. He had a really down season. He’s coming off a pretty bad injury. So, I think there’s going to be some value there. I have Makavoy up at 10 goals, 32 assists for 42 points. You have him for 10 goals, but 43 assists for 53 points. So, this is a pretty significant deviation here between us. Probably one of the bigger ones we’ll actually have all year. So, for me, when I was going through it and trying to figure out what I thought of Makavoy this year, obviously last year feels a bit outlierish, but the problem is that the core of this team is nothing like what he’s had in the past. And so, I do see the efficiency being down. I don’t think the Bruins are going to be as bad as maybe people think they are. I don’t think they’re really a playoff team, but I think they’re going to be better than they were last year. And I think Makavoy is going to be the guy leading the charge.
