Another busy weekend in the books so Matt and Blake are back to break it all down. The Canucks cap space is still just sitting there, prompting the guys to wonder where and when it will get spent. The guys also get into the NHL and NHLPA’s spat about the future eligibility of the players involved in the World Jr. trial. Plus, the Canucks have a couple prospects involved in World Junior summer showcases! Cam Robinson joins the guys after a couple weeks away and has golf tales after some hijinks with the Bieksa family recently. Cam gives his report card on the Dakota Joshua trade and also weighs in on the current state of the free agent and trade market as the calendar is set to turn to August. Cam has thoughts on the availability of Rossi and McTavish, plus, the turtle derby to sign Roslovic. Then, with the Whitecaps reportedly on the verge of signing Bayern Munich legend Thomas Müller, the guys bring on Manuel Veth of Transfermarkt, and Paul Dolan from MLS Season Pass, to talk about the latest negotiations and what Müller brings to the team and the city. Before they wrap up, the guys get into Whitecaps stadium news, the Lions drop a heartbreaker at BC Place, and the full baseball recap as well!

Muller would be a big pull…still has game and has been a fantastic mentor for so many of the younger Bayern players who have all mentioned his leadership qualities and helping out on and off the pitch
Greetings from Berlin. Everybody loves Thomas Müller. Because he's honest and unpretentious, has a sense of humour, cares about the fans and is a real character, always good for a quip, which of course endears him to the media. Also has a deep Bavarian accent, which in Germany is a bit like the equivalent of a southern drawl. I've seen countless post-game interviews with this guy, always the one they went to first. Actually, his unorthodox playing style resembles his personality and vice versa.
Getting Muller would actually be insane! He would slot in so well too.
I would really hope there would be a massive jump in attendance, but I don't expect it to be that huge tbh. Been really disappointed in this city's support of the team
