Jets have 10.5m cap space and resign Samberg.
If they want to make moves now for McTavish or others guys like Nino,Iafallo,Schenn will have to be moved or 2 lesser contracts like Stanley's 1.5m and Barron 1.8m.

Dolan looked good in playoffs last year makes under 800k. I like Schenn but his 2.75m when a Salmonsson could be given chance.
And I'm definitely part of fans who wonder why Stanley is even on team he's not better than Fluery and even depth guys and Heinola is I'm pretty sure Waivers eligible doesn't have a spot on team should be traded even a late pick or prospect is better than nothing.
Jets should seriously be in on McTavish. Dude is Captain Canada 2.O World Junior Legend. Has played with Perfetti. It’s the boost this team needs! Give up any Roster D man, Prospect and Pick necessary.
