  1. I saw an Armchair-GM idea on CapFriendly where Leafs send a pick to the Sharks in exchange for Marleau (a Pending UFA) to return to Toronto.
Speaking of players that make millions of dollars that have been on waivers: David Backes in Anaheim. He’s making 6 million per year.

  2. Adam and Jesse telling the only guy who's hired as a hockey analyst he's wrong and he has his name on the show.. maybe Adam has some credibility to comment but the kadri trade was poor value. It was a salary dump dubas had to make so he got bad value

  3. As long as Dubas doesnt re sign Freddy ill be fine..we dont get to start games 6 and 7 with a 3 goal lead. Freddy has already proven he wont produce results under pressure…. I dont care if you get a shutout every start of the season..if you cant win a playoff series when your up games and also up in an elimination game good bye..

  4. Steve you’re a flip flopper bud. Barrie made sense at the time and getting Barrie and Kerfoot at that time looked good. Obviously it looks bad now but to say at the time that he was being traded for nothing is just silly and you’re not willing to admit you were wrong

  5. Darcy Kuemper is a career injury risk, makes no sense to rely on him and Campbell when you never know if Campbell will be injured. Looks good on paper but realistically it’s not reliable enough

  6. "I like the Shaw purchase by Rogers because strengthening Rogers' near monopoly position will improve customer service, quality, and give Canada one of the world's best communications infrastructures. I can't wait for the CRTC and the Competition Bureau to give their official Rubber Stamp Approval for this take over!" Said no one in their right mind.

  7. the thing here is the 2 teams and these to goalies make sense, Arizona would only have to pay freddy 1 million in real dollars as the leafs already paid the other 4 mil and keumper is at 4. 5 so it helps the leafs a bit on the cap

  8. Wouldn’t it be hilarious if the Leafs solution to their goaltending was David Ayers? Then with him they go on to win the cup. It would be a great Disney movie!!!

  9. Yo.. traded for next to nothing?? It’s a trade that didn’t work out the way TML planned. It happens.

Kerfoot is a good little player, Tyson Barrie didn’t work out and neither did Calle Rosen (yet?).. but if Barrie was able to be Barrie in TO, Rosen took a big step, and Kerfoot was still Kerfoot that would have been an absolute monster of a deal.

Come on now, if that trade worked you’d be crowing about it.
