The weirdest tour I’ve seen. A terrible parcours. Too many stages with too many categorised climbs. The classic recipe of six big mountain days in the Pyrenees and Alps, a prologue to start and one other TT, three lumpy ones and the remainder pan flat. This is what you get when you mess with illustrious tradition.
