Remember Silva vs. Weidman

At UFC 162 in 2013, defending UFC Middleweight Champion Anderson Silva was upset by Chris Weidman. At the time, Silva and the UFC were looking at potential superfights against Jon Jones at Georges St-Pierre if he were to win. But Weidman won with a stunning knockout, stopping all the momentum that those two Silva superfights were gaining. #andersonsilva #chrisweidman #shorts #ufc

  1. Everybody counted out Weidman in that fight. Dana White, Anderson, ME… Literally everyone not named GSP or Matt Serra considered Chris a lamb being led out for slaughter. Chris had other plans and Rogan said it perfectly… "Out of all the crazy things we've seen" that was, and for me at least, still is the craziest shit I've ever witnessed inside that octagon.

  2. Rogan made this already spectacular moment even more special. "There's something you didn't think you'd see!" His commentary during the knock out replay is what made this upset the most memorable fight I've ever seen, that, and obviously the fight itself, because "out of all the crazy things we've seen" that definitely was the craziest.

  3. I still think Silva even out of his prime mops the floor with Weidman. Even today. Lols

  4. Dana: not everyone main concern is money. You don’t fully get the warrior part IMO

  5. man , honestly if anderson had the work ethic and humbleness hed definitely be the goat undoubtedly , just his talent alone makes him top 3 ever . Guy was a wizard , outgrappling the best grapplers and outstriking everyone whilst being skinny fat , he really was a generational fighter

  6. anderson silva literally 🔥 Ate his Own Words …
    Everyone has a plan until you get punched 💢🥊 – – —
In the mouth 👄- Mike Tyson

  7. Silva Anderson was really (playing) stupid😮and so he got his bitter price….. 😢?!

In the octagon u should be serious ⚡or…… .

    …. it's no use crying over spilt milik…… .

  8. Anderson was so fun to watch before he started to slow down a bit. Theres never been a mui tia style fighter better than him I'll never forget what he did to Rich Franklin he was a savage. But he was lucky he didn't face a powerful dangerous grappler Cheal was good but not like top level. If hed have face Jones hed have been ragdolled and pounded out or subd. Hes just lucky there wasn't a guy like Merab or Khabib in his weightclass
