  1. Nice – quick note when commenting on other videos – sometimes folks are doing an exercise, like the weighted pullups and may not be for form but just for max weight and 'cheating' as expected. Form is critical, but not every exercise has to have perfect form esp. if the athlete and trainer know that the goal of the specific exercise will break perfect form.

  2. I usually start sled pushes with 180 lbs (turf strip 2 or 2.5 times the length of the one in the vid), then add another plate on each side. I go as hard as I can both ways and treat each go as a set. Does that make sense, or is it better to stay lighter and go faster?

  3. BTW, I'm equal parts iron head/puck head, so I'm definitely picking up your book when I get a little less broke – subscribed.
