  1. Roy was a disappointment when he was called up from Laval. He's another one of those young players who should be coming in with fire in his belly, trying to impress the organization. Instead, he's forgettable, just like Kapanen.

  2. Shaun, the Evans contract is okay for this year. You and Marco both pointed out who is really ready to play 2nd and 3rd line center. At least Evans can hold down that 4th line center spot and be relied on. Also, Beck will be a center in the NHL eventually. Im enjoying all the arguments you guys bring up about that position.

  3. Sean Farrell should be traded if he doesn't have a spot. Doubt he clears waivers so might as well recoup some value. Although trading partners might just say we will wait for him to be on waivers lol

  4. Pezzetta ,, a point per game in the AHL ??? wasn't a point per game in the OHL !! Thank you guys for your excellent comments ! 👍👍

Last year I wanted to bet on

    Hutson to win rookie

    Habs to make playoffs

    At start of season
I would have made huge bank because the odds were ridiculous

but historically I don’t have a great track record on betting with emotion ( fan betting )

In retrospect I was very content that both things happened

I’m rigorously superstitious and didn’t want my betting affecting either

( yes I know I have no control on the outcomes, but by not laying the bet both came to fruition… so maybe I do have a reverse mind fuck luck juju )

    😂

I’ll be tempted this year again to bet on

    Demidov for rookie

    Hutson for Norris

    Habs to reach conference finals
