The NHL shouldn’t bring them back—not because of guilt, but because being acquitted isn’t the same as being innocent. These players were part of a disgusting situation, and the league doesn’t owe anyone a second chance just because charges didn’t stick. The NHL is a private league, not a courtroom. No one has a right to play there.
Bringing them back opens the door to future scandals with no system in place to handle them. Plus, the league already looks weak on accountability—this would make it worse. And no one's talking about this: reinstating them silently links the NHL back to the mess that is still Hockey Canada. That’s a PR disaster waiting to happen.
Let them stay out. The risk outweighs the reward.
Hart young man woman not telling truth. Hart told flyers his situation bring him back because he’s better tho what we got even with layoff.
This was second trial Crown won’t go for third trial first was mistrial and this was so political.

The Flyers have always had goalie issues. I can't see the majority of fans balking at bringing him back. If he flops, thatd be on him and they could easily let him walk at season's end(via a prove it deal). If he plays well, the old saying of winning solves everything would apply. It's not as if this team is going anywhere anytime soon and like he'd be taking someone's chance (guys in the farm arent ready). All that said, Comcast will rein supreme.

Hart's days in the NHL are over. He MIGHT…..MIGHT get a shot in the AHL with a team, but it's not going to be Philly. It would be a PR nightmare.
