How? They did a lot of moves that improved this team!
Half way through and your sounding defensive.
Kyrou has been the top goal scorer. He is the top winger on this team. But he does it from the second line. What you see doesn't match reality. Match his production at the same point in the career as Bolduc. If you think Bolduc was a bad trade I get it. But he is no kyrou, or Holloway, or Snuggerud.
I'm excited to see Mailloux and the defense getting younger. I hate losing Bolduc and would have rather lost Neighbors if it came down to one or the other. I haven't always liked Kyrou because he plays soft but bottom line is he produces year after year and we can't replace those 30+ goals. Losing John Kelly was a disgrace.
It all depends on Mallioux, if he turns out better than expected then the team has improved. If he doesn't or barely struggles to play in the NHL oh man this season could be brutal.
I'm so glad I'm not a baseball nor Cardinal fan. Yuck.
If Mallioux fails to make the nhl by the end of this year, this offseason looks really really REALLY bad. You probably don’t make the playoffs in this situation.
