I just love how you can pick anyone on the team, from players and coaches to management and owners and they just highly praise everyone around them. How it's not about yourself but the bigger picture. I just love how this organization has developed from mud to gold. You cannot have enough superlatives for anyone who contributed for the team at this point. And Bill knows it very well. He is piece of a puzzle that makes very, very goods job because he believes the whole group of people around him and vice versa.

The culture is all of the pieces you have acquired to include Paul the respect n love we see with in everyone in the organization is 2nd to non, everyone is on the same page.
