Skinner had no chance on the goals
Pickard simply wants it more
Stu faced 17 shots in the 1st period versus 7 shots fo bobrowski. He wasn't getting much support. Good on Pickard though. Great game
Skinner was the best oiler on the ice in the first period.amazing saves, that being said I would go with pickard for game 5
The Oilers needed freshness going into the 2nd period of game 4 so they brought in Pickard. Likewise Skinner kept the score after period 1 at 3-0 which could have been 6-0 if not for many of his stellar saves.
Luck
Picard was amazing not luck and to say he didn’t make some absolutely steals in the third and overtime is not giving him credit. He played better than skinner in the game and supported his team. Not saying he is a better goalie or career he had a better performance
Skinner freezes
Keep Stu in and if he lets up put Pickard back in. Florida will be thrown off mentally. They will think they can win in the first and rip the rug from under them in the final moments.
Pickard cleaned up skinners mess
Dallas pulled their goalie too. Didn't help them though…
Skinner not to blame. He’s a great goalie. I just think the team got their $hit together finally after Stu was pulled.. Oilers have to stay consistent if they want to win the Cup!
Pickard has to start rest of the way
I don’t think either are the best goalies at all, but they are a great pair. Skinner really appreciated what Pickard pulled off after the game, anyone could see it. The best case for when you pull a goalie and of course get the W.
The panthers just didn't show up after the 1st, stu would have won the game too if he stayed in.

If the Oilers wanna win Game 5, they need to focus more on defense meaning screening out the Panther Players especially Bennett and Marchand from clogging the net and screening Pickard impeding his vision so he can get open views of where the puck is at all times. In other words, keep it a low scoring game
I don’t know the answer, but mighty Casey sure couldn’t save the Stars and you have to wonder what happens to the Oilers coach if Pickard doesn’t step up.
