It’s a busy Friday show for Reid Wilkins and Jay Milne as they wrap up “Ref Week” by bringing in former NHL ref and current ESPN rules analyst Dave Jackson to speak about officiating, how he became an NHL ref, how he calls things in certain situations, what prep is needed to do the job while answering a plethora of other questions regarding the stressful and thankless position.
Wilkins and Milne also spend time recapping the Als/Argos game from last night, which had an insane finish and an unfortunate injury to Davis Alexander from Montreal as well. The fellas look ahead to the remaining weekend schedule in the CFL, as they sprinkle in some fun segments throughout the show!
Ben Thomson, EST intern, also swings by the studio to have Benny’s Blind Rankings, making Jay and Reid blindly rank the best sports cities to play in.
