Its just overlooked because what Dobes did at 24 is much more impressive and has more talent in general especially with his size but either Monty or Dobes will need to be traded in a year or 2 because Fowler will outshine all of them.
Zakary Bolduc Florient 63 in Laval center and Josh Anderson on right wing would be a effective line ?
Demidov must adapt to the NHL speed and hard players who like to hit . remember slavkoski debut? for a big size player Slav's fisrt season was a wake up adaptation to NHL ice surfeace.
Probably Kapanen is closer to make NHL center position on 3rd line ? or even 2nd line fast skaters is more effective than slower centerman. Devorak was not a fast skater imagine if he would have been a fast skater.
lets hope injuries do not handicap the habs thjis coming season.
How can Celebrini be above Hutson when they gave Hutson the Calder. Are they dumb?

Xhekaj is a 4th rounder (101st) in 2023. Jacob Fowler was picked just before him in the 3rd (69th). So yeah, I'm sure that they saw some potential there since the Habs picked 6 others guys after him that year.
Don’t wanna remind ya but dovish was huge for 10 games, Monty was huge after the break, the team in front of the net is better, aaaand lotsa people were saying Fowler is the future so who knows

Florian will be a High end energy power forward 3rd liner. Making space for more talented players that are more soft (Farell?)
Anderson and Gallagher are not 4th line players. Something has to change. Maybe not this year, but at some point in time.
Bedard is overrated on that list, Fantilli is looking like he’ll be the best out of that draft

No need to rush Florian. Give him PP minutes in Laval to see what he can do. One more year of working with the skating coach will be huge for playing in the NHL. Signing Veleno buys time for his development to continue in the AHL.

Bugs me that Mailloux still considers himself a Hab at some level, even though HuGo dumped him for being a Bergevin guy. You don't trade guys like that, who feel a deep loyalty to the team. Unless you're HuGo. Lehkonen, Toffoli, Romanov, Monahan, etc etc etc. I'd take them all back for what we got in return in a heartbeart .
