The NHL tried to Nerf Marty Brodeur twice. Undisputed Greatest of all Time and he has every accolade to prove it.
Legendary status? If price was russian he wouldnt even be in the conversation with the likes of roy etc. Just a overrated, overpaid and average goalie.

Good goalies get you to the playoffs, great goalies win Stanley cups. So far in his career Price is a good goalie. Gotta give some love to Fleury as best in the game in the last few years. As far as best all time IMO if I have one game to win – Roy is in net. Others may have more wins or SO or whatever but for my money best all time clutch big game goalie

The fact that Sid says Roy is the greatest over Brodeur or Hasek, without acknowledging them feels wrong and the way Tim denounces Quick, as if him and Price aren't on the same level is also ignorant af.

Pricer has been able to do more with less. The facts are there. There has been so many changes on the D over the years it has become ridiculous to keep up. With no top 50 point getter in ages, imagine what Price would accomplish with a little more offence ? On a team like Washington, Pittsburgh, Toronto among others, he surely would have a Stanley Cup ring already. Too bad some experts don't agree…

These guys are overrating Price's career. He has 1 Vezina. At times he has been fantastic, but they make it seem like no other goalie has been even close over the last half decade. Complete ignorance.

Price deserves to be one of the best goalies of all time, because Plante, Roy and many legends all had a great team and a great defense. Price has no one to rely on and he still got so many wins. He literally carried the habs for the past years.

Price is the greatest of all-time. People always talk about cups, give him a good team like with the National team, he'll stop everything and win everything.
I’d still take Carey Price over Tuukka Rask, I’ve been a B’s fan for 30 years and I know we would’ve won MULTIPLE CUPS with him! They’re basically complete opposites, one has passion and plays his heart out for bad teams and the other is Rask who has great teams around him and shits his pants in the biggest moments, then when he’s asked about it his laissez-faire attitude about his job is the icing on the tombstone!
