He's already solidified his starting position with Chelsea long ago, and the team around him is improving more and more with time. Soon enough he'll win the trophies he came to compete for. At PSG it's a bit more complicated because they're already a pretty completed team and he'd be competing for the starting spot if he doesn't take off immediately.
