Who the heck would play center for the Canucks ? Then they would be without both first and second line centers . That would be insane ! This post is a little sketchy I’m thinking .
However , if the Canucks then immediately traded Quinn Hughes to The Devils for a collection of players including forward, a high end defenceman , a center . And 2 first round draft picks . Bran would replace Hughes . The Canucks would have a center to replace Peterson , a winger , several rebuilding blocks for their future . That’s a lot to process . I think something like this could happen around New Years if the Canucks are struggling . Full rebuild ! Trade Boeser and Debrusk for more Draft picks . Go all in . Exciting ! Wild ! Highly unlikely !
