I can’t believe you’re trying to feed me the imitation here. Sho is the real thing. Mhm. That one tastes like rat. Damn fine rat. A taste of sand, seagrass, but where’s the lightning? There you go. Garlic, basil, but it’s not dominating the rest of the wing. Huh? That’s bare. Yes, chef. This one’s got a little punch to it. Tastes like Thai peanut, too. Ah, Tai doi. Not good. Little chewy. Tastes a little gy. What is it? It’s Rocky Mountain oyster. Oysters in the Rocky Mountains. Never heard of it. Man, these are really good. Chef really outdone himself here. But I’m going to get a hot dog. And you’re buying.
