  1. I think you are the only people that keep talking about a vet D-Man. You wouldn't buy out a vet D-man to then bring another in. That makes 0 sense.

  2. I honestly think Murphy and Vlasic are enough for experienced d-men because we need to play are young D that are ready for NHL games

  3. The simple answer to your headline is “No”. To suggest otherwise proves you don’t understand hockey or you’re just being paid to speak optimistically on behalf of the Blackhawks.

  4. Nope, this is the last year. The Hawks need to be bad to get that draft pick trade for floridas pick with Reichel to get another top 15 pick and once we got two top 15 picks, the dynasty will be complete. You gotta think a teams like the sharks are doing it. The Montréal Canadiens are doing it and we’re not gonna beat teams like this if we don’t create a great team you want a cup or you wanna fall short like Edmonton? 2026 is the last year we should be trying to get good picks

  5. I would give Lukas reichel another chance this upcoming season he’ll get there just need to bump him up to 2nd or 3rd line

  6. Not really looking forward to the season. They will be bottom 5 again unless a lot of players show dramatic improvement.

  7. I'm surprised people aren't talking about Nick Lardis' future. I know he's only 20, but not everyone can score 71 goals in a season. If those can translate to 40 NHL goals, we'll be cooking with gas!

  8. Guy the oilers had 7 straight years of top ten picks with 4 #1 overall picks. They had 5 of the last nine Hart trophies across 3 different players. They got no cup. Buffalo, New Jersey, SanJose, Montreal… all lots of high draft picks recently. No cups there. Why is Chicago going to be different? They won’t. One more year of tanking won’t help. It’s foolish to think tanking is good.
