What Makes Matt Savoie Stand Out From Other Prospects?
Were you watching videos of the prospects? I was. I saw an interview with Matt Seavoy and they said, “You look like a veteran.” Well, he does. He’s 20. You know, you know, I’ll say that. It was interesting you bring that up because the fact that Matt Seavoy was there cuz you don’t have to go, right? Like he played he was a professional. He played the full year in pro last year. Uh now, I know he’s from here so you know it’s not like he has to travel far so he probably likes getting on the ice with other guys, but you know, any opportunity for him to uh to just as a reminder, hey, I’m here. You know, it’s I I think it’s good. I I think, you know, you go to that camp, you’re you’re 21 years of age, you’re you’re kind of a leader amongst those young players. Definitely probably the most skilled guy out there. I don’t think there’s much question about that. And and that to me, that was a very smart and wise, crafty move by Seavoid to be there. He didn’t interview, I think it was Tony Brar, and it was great. He sounds like a professional. He’s very poised.
