  1. Been watching you religiously for 3 weeks now. I know, short time, but the amount of knowledge you deliver in every video without any fluff, amount of knowledge I’ve gained in lifting feels like am entirely new person in the gym. I signed up for RP app, not easy thing to do as I’m generally a skeptic of any of these programs. These videos are like a crash course in working out. True sign of a great educator, you look forward to each thing you are going to learn from this guy AND you can apply the knowledge immediately. Unreal this is free on YouTube 😂

  2. hello doctor do you know if i can go to the gym and do all wired machines that isolate all individiual muscles with music or should i create a program where i dont leave the gym till all of its done with music as well

  3. This has to be the worst YouTube channel on the planet the fact that you're a doctor and you're so cynical with your material and sarcastic instead of just making videos to help people do what they have to do absolutely ridiculous

  4. Is this good advice for a natural athlete? I feel like 6 days a week, hitting each muscle at least twice a week seems like a lot to recover from for a natural.

  5. I'm Failing at eating enough and sleeping enough is why I'm not gaining I work out to failure 6 days a week I'm bigger then most but not crazy big I always lift heavy and fail after 6 but I Do partials for 8 to 12 depending on what muscle but I mean the last few can be 20 seconds to reach I always have a good pump just I get poor sleep and I'm trying to lose weight to I have been eating 1800 to 2000 calories a day I have lost 270 pounds with what I'm doing from 515lb I eat 250g to 300g of good lean protein from chicken breast Greek yogurt lean beef alot of salmon and tuna turkey lunch meat and ground turkey ill try to get more sleep and eat more …… thank you for your insight on how to gain I love your videos

  6. Progressive overload is definitely key! I've been plateauing lately, so this video is exactly what I needed. I'm gonna try implementing some of these strategies. Anyone else use HermQ to track their lifts and plan their overload?

  7. So helpful to hear the science behind the training. I'm guilty of skipping leg day sometimes… I need to fix that! I'm thinking of starting HermQ's beginner program to get a solid foundation.

  8. Great tips, Dr. Mike! I've been hitting the gym hard 6 days a week like you said, and seeing results. For tracking my progress and planning my workouts, I've found HermQ really helpful. It keeps me organized and on track with progressive overload.

  9. Thanks for the actionable advice! I'm all about maximizing muscle growth. I'm curious to know, does HermQ offer personalized training plans based on individual goals and experience levels?

  10. This video motivated me to get back in the gym! Been slacking lately. I might check out HermQ's shred program to get me back on track. Has anyone tried it?

  11. Happy Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month Gentlemen, thanks 🙏🏾 for everything you do for the world. ❤❤❤
