  1. If this happens for the Blues, it's most likely going to be a 3-team trade and Faulk going in the deal. I'm not sure if this gets done or not.

  2. The only way he comes in here is if Faulk is going out, either to Buffalo or another team. This is a high risk high reward trade. Army has balls of steel and if he thinks it is best for the team, he won't blink.

  3. We would revolt if Dvorsky was involved in this trade, seriously. No way, not even Neighbors. Not Snuggerud either, forget about it. Let him go somewhere else. We simply should not give up on our wingers at this point. Let Buffalo hold someone else hostage. Keep him, please.

  4. Unless they can somehow dump Faulk, I don’t see any way this happens. Even if they can get rid of Faulk, I don’t see Armstrong paying out 9 million for him.

  5. The addition of a new player is always tasty but the cost will most likely be a bitter pill to swallow. If they want players that can play now I have a fear that a trade will involve Neighbours, who I dont want to give up but hey we will see.

  6. No way we move Dvorsky or Snugg. I don’t really want to move neighbors at all. Would much prefer some form of Faulk, Texier, Joseph, any other prospect/prospects. Would be okay with Jiricek, Stenberg, Stancl, etc.

  7. Byram's a good player. I wish he would stay, but the 1st and 2nd D-Line pairings are very crowded in Buffalo, and the money he wants won't be affordable.

  8. Kevyn Adams let Bernard-Docker go because he didn't want to go to arbitration. Then he promptly goes to arbitration with Timmins and Byrum. Huh?!?!

  9. Ha! No offer sheet now. Sabres are taking Byram to arbitration. Immediately takes the possibility of an offer sheet completely off the table. Sabres taking the initiative to try to force a trade??? Adams is basically saying, "make us your best offer if you really want him, or it's "sign and play" and the earliest you'll then have a chance to get him is at the trade deadline.

  10. I don't see the fit for Byram in St. Louis. We have Fowler and Broberg in the top 4 with Tucker as a perfect 3rd pairing guy. We have Lindstein probably looking for an NHL job next season. With brining in Mailloux, I dont think the Blues should get another defensively inept guy. With our hodge podge senior citizen Dcore we had last year, we were one of the top teams in scoring from the Blue line. We really dont need to inject alot more, especially if you look at Mailloux's profile

  11. No way they trade another winger or Dvorsky. Buffalo won’t want Faulk. I could see a three way trade to a team interested in depth on the Blueline and Army eats some salary and throws in a good prospect or a high pick and in return Buffalo gets prospects it likes plus a #1. He wants a lot of money for a guy who hasn’t really played at that level yet. Is he a headcase?

  12. They are not giving up Dvorsky and I do not see Blues giving up a Neighbors or Holloway for him as it just opens up a different hole in the lineup. They would have to be able to give Buffalo or intermediary Faulk AND convince Buffalo to take some form of a future player
