I don’t understand the obsession with Ehlers. His best year was his 2nd year in the league.
He’s never been a 30 goal scorer, and 64 points was his highest.
We already have those players. We need more scoring.
The other names that come to mind to address Center position are Kadri and Thomas. I'm not sure what their situations are like but that would solve the center depth issues. I particularly like Kadri because he brings sandpaper with skill.
