I have messed up joints and must stick to the machines. 😢
Ok I have a muscle Imbalance or something like a problem with either tight lat or upper bicep tendonitis…or something with the pec minor that has it where I have poor mobility and loss off strength In some presses on right side and I can't do French press at all but I can do jm press . kickbacks or any type of pushups down or flat presses ….but French ,any incline presses that are 30° or more and if I try any presses or. Triceps extension that goes over or behind my head …I need help what do you think it is
This makes a lot of sense. I have a habit of keeping my shoulders down weirdly enough from ballet. When i started lifting, i especially noticed how much deeper of a stretch and more tension i got by being able to control the shrug of my shoulders in different lifts.
Looks like you gonna shit yourself hard 😂😂
Do you train forearms
bro's skullcrusher is stronger than his bench press
How does letting your elbows flare put tension away from your triceps? Lol
You should train your forearms more though
I❤U You're simply prrrrrrrfect 😊
I am a bigger fan of single arm tricep extension
Is there a reason to prefer one or the other?
Any tips if this french press hurts my wrists?
Did you notice a significant change in Triceps size while keeping the elbows tucked? I always did that cause it felt like it stretched and pumped my long head more. I have lot of size on the long head compared to lateral and also no matter what Triceps excercise I always have a better contraction there.
Another thing I noticed is that the Triceps seems to be stronger in that position compared to flared elbows.
I can do more handstand pushups or weighted dips with elbows tucked than flared.
