I believe if they trade Cowan it will backfire
Its to much mcman and ben would not give thst much up for that player
Not sure what scouts he talking to but Cowen will be a a 60-90 point guy
I don't remember those picks on the list as being shiny they where not predicted to be top players i remember them as may be NHL'ser but not top line guys
How many of those prospects broke records, won mvp awards in the OHL and mem cup? I can’t believe everyone wants to trade this guy without even playing a game in the NHL just because he had an off world junior tournament. It’s just asinine to contemplate.
Why do the 2 of you keep saying the Leafs have a 3 year window ? You want them to lose Matthews for nothing ? It is 2 years and see if he will agree to a trade or this is going to be another Marner situation , Matthews will not re – sign with the Leafs
You guys are missing something Dubas drafted most of those players and he was a terrible Gm, give Cowan a chance he’s going 40-50 points this year in this line up.

We need to get younger, faster, bigger, tougher……enough with these over paid older stiffs….a 1st for Laughton, lollll, comical. Give the younger players , Cowan, Danford…a chance and do not trade any more pics…or young talent. Let them play. .
