    McTavish is a top 6 center on the Ducks. Any other team would not put him as a 1C. It’s insane how rumors about people leaving Anaheim are easy to come by yet rumors on arrivals are scarce. This just means the rumor mill is bored.

    All this trade speculation around Kyrou must be manifestations out of somebody's butthole because Kyrou would not waive his NTC to play for Berube. I liked Berube in St. Louis, but I sided with Kyrou in terms of keeping a legit 30-40 goal score over a coach. We lost Oshie because a meathead like Hitchcock. I didn't want to lose Kyrou due to Berube not working well with young players. I don't blame Berube for his departure – Armstrong started dismantling that Stanley Cup right after they they won it.

    There are not a few reporters. It's just Seravelli. No one else is talking about this other than referencing Seravalli. If St. Louis wanted to move the contract, they would have before July 1st. Both Doug Armstrong and Jim Montgomery continually talk about line combinations and continually talk about Kyrou. Andy Stickland quoted Kyrou's agent before July 1st stating they weren't expecting anything. Doug Armstrong also point blank said he wasn't interested unless someone wanted to move a young center with 2nd line potential for Kyrou. There ya go, a lot more than Seravalli musing

    I still think the Blues need to keep Kyrou, he's a proven 30 goal guy who can get 65-70 pts a season–to me, the knock on Kyrou is his less than stellar defensive play, but he was much better last season than the previous years.. With Bolduc and his 19 goals gone, they really can't afford to remove any more offense–Snuggerud is going to be a beast, I'm expecting a breakout season coming for him, the Blues at the moment are slotting him as a top 6 foward. Jake Neighbors has progressed well over the past two seasons and may find the next level this coming season and produce a bit more offense.

    Verbeek is stingy with the young players but will overpay the hell out of over the hill veterans that will retire after their time in Anaheim is done. Verbeek has not turned out to be the MVP GM he was being billed as.

    Im not a huge Joshua fan but Christ almighty if your gonna talk about last season and how he had an off year, maybe acknowledge that he had testicular cancer and had one removed amd went through chemo in the summer and misssed training, all of camp and a big chunk of the season.

    Hes very likely somwhere right around his previous season as him being a late bloomer on top of being a power forward who take even longer, his previous season was right in line wirh his trajectory.
    The reason hes expendable is two fold, if the nucks have a chance to make a deal for a two C, movimg him and Blueger free up five million in cap and are easily replacable internally.

    In Joshuas case, while not style wise, Linus Karlson, Max Sasson and Lekkerimakki, are all to varying degrees ready to play fulltime and guys like Linus and Lekkerimakki very likely score 20+ and 45+ points.

    Raty is the best FO Centre on the team and will easily outscore Blueger while providing solid defence.

    I hate servelli with a passion but hes claimed that he's been told the nucks would have no problems moving them if they xhoose ro go down that road. The returns wouldnt be anything of subtance but the the whole point is cap space.

    I think Joshua gets moved regardless because Linus Karlson is absolutely deserving of a spot on the team, he actually had very good Chemistry with EP and he was the best forward in the calder cup playoffs, the entire league not just in Abby and by doing that the cap is bsnked and if the team holds on to him teams will be filling up their roster.

    i wondered when the habs-kuznetsov rumors would start. he's a scoring center and he played with demidov. work ethic and attitude are concerns though.

    TRADE. MATHESON. NOW. he's excess goods now. there's no reason to keep him on an already overstaffed left side. i'd give utah a ring, ask about hayton. send matheson, dach, and something else.
