We break down Mitch Marner’s game and what his signing means for The Vegas Golden Knights

  1. BS video.. Marner doesn't need to change his game for the playoffs, but needs to be around players that take care of the other stuff during the playoffs. That's the problem. Reinhart doesn't change his game during the playoffs another great 2 way player, but has Bennett and others that play a different style that allows him to be him

  2. Marner is similar to the phil kessel conundrum; great player to add into the fold, not a player to build your team around.

Looking forward to willy taking #1 RW job like he shouldve 5 years ago. Hopefully they still have gas for another couple runs.

  3. You put together great videos. I love watching how you break things down into bite-sized chunks.

  4. This whole situation with the Toronto fanbase and media using Marner as a scapegoat and chasing him out of town very much reminds me of not all that long ago when they did the same thing to Phil Kessel. They all celebrated when Kessel was traded away. And what happened after that? Oh yeah, Kessel won back-to-back Stanley Cups with the team he was traded to and proceeded to have some of the best season/post-season performances of his career. Meanwhile Toronto has continued to flounder.

Will not be remotely surprised if we see something similar here with Marner.

  5. My issue with Marner isn’t just that he underperforms in the playoffs, it’s the attitude that comes with it. Bro called himself a “god of Toronto” and was yelling at teammates to “wake the fuck up,” while doing the bare minimum himself when it matters most.
He acts super entitled and honestly, it shows. That kind of ego without the game to back it up is not just annoying, it’s bad for team chemistry. You can’t lead if you’re not producing.
I wouldn’t care if he was cocky and clutch. Be arrogant if you’re carrying. But if you’re mid in the moments that count, then it’s just noise.
The Leafs should’ve let him go sooner. I know they tried, but his contract was a brick wall. Still I personally think, they’ll be fine without him. That “me-first” mindset doesn’t win Cups. Championship teams are built on accountability not vibes and ego.

  6. The leafs hardly get past the first round of the playoffs and they said you know what let’s get rid of one of the best player who’s next Mathew
