He won it all in 2007 with Anaheim and lose five straight cup appearances is like the beginning of career was brilliant and since its a trainwreck on repeat although i would argue to be in 6 finals is incredible regardless if he only has one championship in his career but i would say ultimately Corey Perry should get his jersey retired in Anaheim and i think individually he is in the consideration at some point to be second ballet hall of famer i mean look at the NFL particularly the Bills lost four straight super bowls in the early 90s but guys like Jim Kelly and Bruce Smith are hall of famers its a team game of course but individual great careers doesnt necessarily translate to championships at least he has one imagine how Jim Kelly and Bruce Smith and those guys feel about never winning despite having four straight super bowl appearances and on sidenote Bills are favored to win Super bowl this year but i dont know its like the Cubs before 2016 they just seem cursed throughout the years maybe Josh Allen can be that guy like SGA was for OKC this year also in the last 7 seasons in nba 7 different champions actually great for parity of nba and viewership so maybe its a team like Okc who wins their first championship ever next year maybe someone like Minnesota or the Pacers if Haliburton is able to play next season

I actually really despise the oilers now. Im normally a senators fan, but i will bandwagon any canadian team in the finals, because i want to see the cup in canada again. But ive watched the oilers lose in the finals in 06,24,25. Fuck that team. They get my hopes up and now i just feel dumb rooting for them. I actually really hope they dont make it back to the finals, cause i dont want to be let down again. 2 losses in a row is bad, but if they lose 3 times in a row, they would never be able to rectify it. Even if they won the 4th year, somehow making it to the finals 4 times in a row, it wouldnt even be cool at that point.
