The bias leafs media blows a whole lot of nonsense on leafs players when there are 713 players on the other 31 nhl teams that have good players. Leaf fans portray all theirs as walk on water good Second Bubbles Treliving & walk on water portrayed coach. Deja Vu with Treliving and what happened with the Flames. And if both Bubbles & Berube were as good as portrayed they would both be with the teams/organizations they were part of. Thats reality folks.
I am a Florida supporter, and I wonder why barely no Toronto fans calling out that Florida are so extremely good and yet you pushed into game 7. I have respect for Toronto, you played better than Edmonton did but it's not easy versus a top team like Florida 🙂
Why was Marner always the whipping boy for the Leafs in the playoffs. Outside of Nylander, all of the core 4 underperformed in the postseason.
Why isn't the 69 goal scoring captain ever held to account when he was never able to be 'the guy' in any series. Marner isn't any less to blame but he also isn't any more to blame.

Not much of a take in this post. It’s the core 4s fault. And it’s dubas fault. More blame on the core 4 though. The players got what they wanted. And the management couldn’t put the right supporting cast around them, as much as they tried. It was on the 4 to shoulder the heavy load and they didn’t do it. Everyone knows. It is what it is. Yah sure Marner gets what he wants, but he doesn’t have a ring.
Yes, there was talent. However, someone – the list is kinda short as to whom that would be – needed to realize that if winning the Cup was the goal, the Leafs had the wrong kind of talent.
