so the Bruins front office in closing deserves a lot of credit here in the span of three days they have acquired a potential franchise center in James Hagens got solid grades with the rest of their draft class locked up a breakout score in Morgan Geeki reinforced the blue line with Yoki Haru extended Michael Dpietro in lie of losing him for nothing in free agency extended some depth players in Beecher Hnadinov Callahan and set themselves up for a major swing in free agency if you listened to the Andy Brickley interview last week you heard he said Sweeney needs to hit on like 80% of the big things this summer i believe he’s hit on the coach he’s hit in the draft so far so good in terms of internal signings but free agency potential trades is another key area where he needs to finish the job and really set this team for a quick turnaround for next season

Except for Hagens not a lot to very happy as a Bruins fan here, signing a bunch a not very good players it s hard to see, Beecher, Hustnanodov, Joker, Geekie nothing great there soft pussy bottom pairing D at 3mil who makes Carlo looks like Stevens, Beecher bring nothing but nothing another big guy soft pussy, Hustanidovnov showed nothing great, Geekie is an overpaid 3rd liner product of Pasta…Will pick top 10 next draft they need to…
I never understood what the hate at Sweeney was OTHER than the disastrous 2015 draft, which Scott Bradley and Chiarelli put together. That does not absolve Sweeney for not adjusting on the fly when Barzal was still on the board, but Zboril and Senyshyn were disatrous misses. Imagine Barzal, DeBrusk and Chabot, switching in Conor for either DeBrusk or Chabot. It could have been like 2006 when we got kessel, Lucic, and Marchand in a single draft. 3 top 6 forwards in 1 draft is almost unheard of. The Sweeney & Neely haters are just myopic.
