New York Rangers MAKING MASSIVE SIGNING NEXT OFFSEASON…

The New York Rangers have a big question to answer before next offseason, and that’s what to do with Artemi Panarin as he’s entering the last season of his current contract. Next summer’s free agent class is looking like it could be quite crazy, and that’s what we’ll take a look at in today’s video.

  1. I don’t understand the hate for the bread man he’s the only one who has been as advertised in the regular season and yeah he gets shut down in the playoffs because the other team knows we have nobody else to step up so they bully him in the playoffs get him some hot damn help

  2. Of all those mentioned Kaprizov is the most likely because we all know Russian players love to play in NY. McDavid's presser after the playoff loss was interesting because he appeared to be more angry than disappointed and needing to consult with family, which might mean his wife wants out of Edmonton, We'll see. As for Panarin, if he wants to stay in NY he's going to have to be like Tavares & take a huge discount, which I think he might. Something like 7 million for 3 years maybe. Next years free agent frenzy might be full of drama or a bust like this years was, it's a long way away for sure.

  3. I think in order to compete with Florida the Rangers need to get bigger and meaner. And I don't see Bread fitting into that scheme. He's a great player, but I can't see him on a team that can beat the Panthers. Same with Zib, but we're stuck with him.

  4. Florida won’t be beat until the 19 guys that play every game don’t play anymore !! That team is deeeeeeep and unbeatable!! Rangers have no shot

  5. Drury can totally pull off getting Eichel & Kaprizov. $29M in cap space for 2026. They trade Laf and give $10M X 7 yrs Kaprizov $12M X8 yrs

  6. Just like this year a lot of next year free agents will sign with there own teams or be in a sign and trade if the teams can't resign them so you can't plan for them being available especially Eichel and McDavid. Kaprisov may be available but a lot of teams will be interested in him besides the Rangers.I think you make the moves you have to make and if you can get one of the top players you can trade someone to make the cap space. Soucy should have been gone this off-season and you could have got a bargas third line center like Gaudette for 2 mil and got a better replacement defenseman for 2 mil but Drury didn't want to admit he made a mistake and get less for him but he shouldn't not hold the team back this year because of it, just get what you can for them. I think the Rangers should resign Panarin who has been there best offensive player and he wants to play for the Rangers. His numbers have been there. He has a great shot and is a great passer and that won't decline with age, he may lose some speed but he does use his body to protect the puck and him space. Other teams don't let there best offensive players go like Ovegkin and he still scoring goals. It would be nice to get Panarin on a team friendly deal but the cap is going up ten mil per year the next 2 years so if you have to pay him 10 mil or a little more on a 3 to 4 year deal you will be ok. If you somehow get McDavid or one of the other top forwards which again is not likely Zibanejad may have to go one way or the other especially if he doesn't have a good year again this year to make cap space but don't foolishly dream about getting these guys and don't and lose your best offensive player as well
